Description
Our house is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, we are in Chianti. The location is really excellent since is central and close to all the major Tuscan art cities
Our holiday country home has been created by the lovingly and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century estate .The farmhouse, divided into one cottage and four apartments, is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.
The lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy.
The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies,sunbeds with swimming pool .The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine available for common use. Barbecue
Pool is open from the 7th of May till the 7th of October.

The supply of glasses ,wine glasses, dishes ( soup plates,shallow plates, fruit plates, cutlery is plenty ( 5 x3 = 15 of everything), mugs, breakfast cups, tea pot, plenty of pans, pot.. cutting boards, cutting knives.Candle holders.Hair dryer.
