Description
Our house is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, we are in Chianti. The location is really excellent since is central and close to all the major Tuscan art cities.
Our attractive holiday country home has been created by the lovingly and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century estate . The farmhouse, divided into one cottage and four apartments, is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.
The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy.
The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, sunbeds, swimming pool . The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine available for common use. Barbecue
Pool is open from the 7th of May till the 7th of October.

The apartment is on the first floor of the main building, with access from an outside stair and small loggia shared with Il Covo apartment. The entrance is directly into the sitting/dining room with fitted kitchen, the table can seat 8 people, on a side there is a nice comfortable leather sofa and a reading lamp. On the left of the entrance a small passage leads to a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase, takes to a very spacious upper room with three single beds, - in this room is possible to add one or two cots and there is still space to move around.
EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator,bread toaster, mini food processor… plenty of everything you may need to feel at home. Candle holders. Hair Dryer.
Private equipped terrace on the garden in front of the apartment.
