Bellissimo appartamento di vacanze 20 metri in fronte del mare - per 4-6 persone di ca. 80 mq + 20mq terrazza - composto da: 2 camere matrimoniali, ampio soggiorno con vista mare ed arredato bene, tavolo per 6, divano letto x2, cucina aperta e nuova e dotata d’accessori completamente, bagno con doccia, WC e bidet, TV, Radio/CD, WIFI Internet, veranda attrezzata per mangiare all'apperto con splendida vista mare e panoramica ed un' altra terrazza dietro.
Nostro Villaggio:
Nel borgo di CANNIGIONE (comune di ARZACHENA, territorio della Costa SMERALDA) sullo splendido Golfo di Arzachena. Centralissimo a pochi metri da tutti i principali servizi (market, banca, poste, rifornitore, bar, ristorante ecc...). Qualche passo a piedi e si è subito sulla spiaggia o sul porto, dov' è possibile imbarcarsi per gite nell' ARCIPELAGO DELLA MADDALENA.
A pochi minuti d'auto è possibile raggiungere ogni spiaggia della COSTA.
Porto CErvo dista 14km, Baia Sardinia 10km ed Olbia 25km da Cannigione.
Conclusione: Vacanze in Cannigione vale veramente la candela. Cannigione é un punto strategico per esplorare la Gallura, la Costa Smeralda ed l'Hinterland.

Our Apartment: Apartment of ca. 80 sqm in Cannigione - Sardegna (Northeast Sardinia - Costa Smeralda) ca. 28 KM north of airport Olbia (= ca. 30 minutes car ride) or 140km = 120 minutes car ride from Airport Alghero.
Our house & apartment is just in front of the sea (20 meters) has 2 kingsize bedrooms each with double bed, great and nicely furnished living room with sea view, table seats for 6, convertible couch sleeps also for another 2, open totally new and well equipped kitchen including fridge, oven, microwave etc., Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, SAT TV, radio/CD player, WIFI-Internet connection, furnished and roofed sea terrace with beautiful and panoramic sea view, as well as another open sun terrace to the backyard.
We are just vis-a-vis the sailing & leisure port of Cannigione (20 meters) in front of the sea. The distance to the next nice sandy beach (ideal for kids) is only about 200 meters. A many other beaches are also very close and nearby. To the centre of Cannigione only about 50- 80 meters. Supermarkets and shops also in only 50-80 meters. Great parking lot in front of the port and the house (ca. 20 meters).
Prices start at: Euro 80,00 per night and vary from low to high season.

We are in Cannigione - Nordeast Sardinia - close around the famous Costa Smeralda ca. 25 KM north of Olbia. Cannigione (ca. 800 inhabitants) is an ancient fisher village with uncounted beaches and bays along the Gulf of Arzachena. The natural sea resort 'Maddalena Archipelago' with its many islands like Maddalena, Caprera, Spargi, Santa Maria, Budelli a.o. is in front of the door and... and... and...
We have priceworthy and good restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias and of course agriturismos and as well nice bars, cafés, and icecream shops. Cannigione is a village where also in autumn and winter everything is opened and where we have an entire urban life. Supermarkets, bakery,butcher or fresh fish shop are all only about 80 - 100 meters away.
In Cannigione you can do and exercise nearly any watersport. The next child suited, fine & sandy beach in only about 200 meters.
Conclusion: Cannigione is worth travelling to and although it's that close to the Costa Smeralda, prices are normal and affordable. Cannigione is an ideal base & starting point to explore the province of Gallura, the Costa Smeralda and also the Hinterland.
Our Hospitality: Moreover - if you like it - you will have the optional choice for family & social affiliation. We are speaking English as well as Italian and therefore we can assure best communication. Many of our abroad guests likely remember the mutual dinners and/or winetastings on our sea terrace. And if our guests are sympathic & nice as usual, we take them also with us for a daily cruising trip on our Yacht to the remote & hidden beaches with these magnificent emerald coloured bays.
If our apartment suits and fancy you by size, furnishing, location and price, we ask for your equivalent booking notice. We recommend to do booking in time. Following our expierence the apartment will be booked off soon.

2 schöne Doppel-Schlafzimmer, grosses Wohn-(Esszimmer) mit offener komplett neuer Kueche (eingerichtet für Profi- und Hobbykoeche), 4-flammiger Gasherd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kuehlschrank mit Tiefkuehler, geschmackvolles Wohnzimmer mit schoenen Antiquitäten (sowie LIGNE Roset Doppelschlafcouch) und großem Eßtisch für 6 Personen und dies alles mit Meerblick, SAT TV, Stereo Radio/CD, WIFI Internet Conncection, Bad mit Dusche/WC/Bidet, moeblierte Seeterrasse mit traumhaften Ausblick und ideal zum Fruehstuecken oder auch zum dinieren abends und eine weitere große Terrasse (Solarium) zum rueckwaertigen Gartenbereich. u.v.w.m.
Wir liegen direkt am Meer ca. 20 Meter und am Segelhafen von Cannigione mit direktem Ausblick auf's Meer und mit grandiosem Panoramablick ueber's Meer auf die umliegenden Berge von San Pantaleo, Monte Moro und Tre Monti.
Unsere Gastfreundschaft:
Darueberhinaus hat optional - wer es so mag! - bei uns auch den 'Familienanschluss' inklusive. Bei uns wird sowohl Deutsch wie auch Italienisch gesprochen und so koennen wir auch die Kommunikation in jeder Hinsicht sicherstellen. Viele unserer deutschen Gaeste erinnern sich gerne an die gemeinsamen und unterhaltsamen Abendessen und/oder Weinverprobungen auf unserer Seeterrasse.
Und wenn die Gaeste halbwegs seefest sind, dann nehmen wir Sie hin und an auch mal auf unserer Yacht mit, um ihnen die schoenen oder vertraeumten einsamen Buchten mit kristallblauem Wasser zu zeigen!
Wir empfehlen eine rechtzeitige Buchung, da wir bekanntermaßen oft für die Saison ausgebucht sind. Insbesondere für die Monate Juni / Juli / August / September empfehlen wir Ihnen eine Buchung beizeiten.

Wir sind in Cannigione - Nordost Sardinien - fast direkt an der Costa Smeralda ca. 25 KM noerdlich von Olbia. Cannigione (ca. 800 EW) ist ein urspruenglicher Fischerort mit unzaehligen Straenden und Buchten in direkter und unmittelbarer Naehe. Der Meeresnaturpark 'Maddalena Archipel' mit seinen vielen Inseln (Maddalena, Caprera, Spargi, Santa Maria, Budelli u.a.) liegt direkt vor der 'Haustuer' und.. und.. und...
Desweiteren gibt es gute und preiswerte Restaurants, Pizzerias, Trattorias und natuerlich Agriturismos und nette Bars, Cafes und vorzuegliche Gelaterias. Cannigione ist ein gewachsener Ort, wo auch im Herbst und Winter alles geoeffnet hat und urbanes Leben herrscht.
Supermaerkte, Baecker, Metzger, Fischhandel, Obst- und Gemuesegeschaefte und Zeitungskiosk etc. finden Sie alle in Lauflagen von nur ca. 50 - 80 Metern. Montags ist jeweils großer Markttag in Cannigione.
Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Pizzerias, Trattorias und Gelaterias etc. alles ebenfalls in Lauflagen von nur wenigen Metern.
In Cannigione selbst kann man alle Arten von Wassersport betreiben. Es gibt unzaehlige schoene Straende und Buchten entlang des tiefen Golfes von Arzachena. Zum naechsten kindgerechten, feinen Sandstrand ca. 200 Meter.
Insbesondere im Oktober und November kann man im geschuetzten Golf von Cannigione immer noch baden und schwimmen, was an anderen Kuestenabschnitten zu diesen Zeiten kaum noch moeglich ist.
Man ist z.B. schnell in Porto Cervo (ca. 14 Km), Palau ca. 12 KM (wo es die Faehre nach Maddalena rueber gibt) und nach Olbia (ca. 30 KM) faehrt man auch nur ca. 20-30 Minuten.

Fazit:
Cannigione ist wirklich eine Reise wert und und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Gallura, die Costa Smeralda und auch das Hinterland zu erkunden.
