Bellissimo e nuovo appartamento di conforto per 2 o 3 persone di ca. 30 mq in una villa a schiera nel souterrain (semi-interrato), composto da: spazioso monolocale con letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura a vista con tavolino per due, frigo e congelatore e dotata d’accessori completamente, bagno con doccia, WC e bidet e lavatrice SAT Color-TV, posto auto ecc. ecc.
La casa é situato in un quartiere di villagi ed in una zona tranquilla e verde. Al centro di Cannigione ca. 150 metri ed al mare ca. 400 metri.
Nostro Villaggio:
Nel borgo di CANNIGIONE (comune di ARZACHENA, territorio della Costa SMERALDA) sullo splendido Golfo di Arzachena. Centralissimo a pochi metri da tutti i principali servizi (market, banca, poste, rifornitore, bar, ristorante ecc...). Qualche passo a piedi e si è subito sulla spiaggia o sul porto, dov' è possibile imbarcarsi per gite nell' ARCIPELAGO DELLA MADDALENA. A pochi minuti d'auto è possibile raggiungere ogni spiaggia della COSTA. Porto Cervo dista 14km, Baia Sardinia 10km ed Olbia 25km da Cannigione.

Das Appartement ist in einer Reihenhausvilla und als Souterrain-Wohnung ausgebaut und mit eigenem Eingang. Ins Zentrum von Cannigione sind es gerade mal 150 Meter und zum Meer auch nur ca. 400 Meter.

Bestehend aus großem Wohn- / Schlafraum,
Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank. Die komplett neue schöne Küchenzeile mit 4-flammiger Kochstelle ist mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien, sowie Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck bestückt.
Desweiteren Eßtisch für 2 Personen mit Bestuhlung. Großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler.
Privatparkplatz direkt am Haus.

Die Reihenhausvilla liegt in grüner und ruhiger Zone in Cannigione gegenüber dem ebenfalls ganz neuen ****Hotel Blu Morisco.
Ort: Cannigione - Costa Smeralda - Sardinien
Cannigione - Nordost Sardinien - liegt direkt an der Costa Smeralda ca. 25 KM nördlich von Olbia (ca. 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto) oder ca. 140 KM von Alghero (= ca. 90 Minuten mit dem Auto).
Cannigione (ca. 800 EW) ist ein ursprünglicher Fischerort mit unzähligen Stränden und Buchten in direkter und unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Meeres-Naturpark 'Maddalena Archipel' mit seinen vielen Inseln (Maddalena,
Caprera, Spargi, Santa Maria, Budelli u.a.) liegt direkt vor der 'Haustür' und... und... und...
Desweiteren gibt es gute und preiswerte Restaurants, Pizzerias, Trattorias und natürlich Agriturismos und nette Bars, Cafés und vorzügliche Gelaterias. Cannigione ist ein gewachsener Ort, wo auch im Frühjahr, Herbst und Winter alles geöffnet hat und glücklicherweise immer urbanes Leben herscht.
Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Fischhandel, Obst- und Gemüsegeschäfte und Zeitungskiosk etc. finden Sie alle in Lauflage von wenigen Metern vor Ort. Montags ist jeweils großer Markttag in Cannigione.
Cafes, Restaurants, Gelaterias etc. alles ebenfalls in Lauflage von nur wenigen Metern.
In Cannigione selbst kann man alle Arten von Wassersport betreiben. Es gibt mehrere Tauch- , Segel- und Surfschulen, diverse Tauchbasen mit täglichen Excursionen, Boot- und Surfboardverleih, Ausflugsfahrten und und und und ....
Es gibt unzählige schöne Strände und Buchten entlang des tiefen Golfes von Arzachena.
Zum nächsten kindgerechten, feinen Sandstrand nur ca. 700 Meter.
Insbesondere im Oktober und November kann man im geschützten Golf von Cannigione immer noch
baden und schwimmen, was an anderen Küstenabschnitten zu diesen Zeiten kaum noch möglich ist, was ebenso auch für‘s Frühjahr gilt. Man ist z.B. schnell in Porto Cervo (ca. 14 Km), Palau ca. 12 KM (wo es die Fähre nach Maddalena rüber gibt) und nach Olbia (ca. 25 KM) fährt man auch nur gerade mal ca. 20-30 Minuten und in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist man auch in ca. 35 Minuten.
Fazit:
Cannigione ist wirklich eine Reise wert und und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Gallura, die Costa Smeralda und auch das Hinterland zu erkunden.

Our beautiful and spacious comfort-apartment of about 30sqm offers accommodation for 2. persons or for 2 persons + 1 baby < 2 years (with additional in-room baby bed).
Totally brand new comfort apartment.
Consisting of a spacious 1-room apartment which allows living / sleeping / dining etc. etc.
King Size double bed and wardrobe. Totally new built-in kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary dinnerware, glasses, crockery, cutlery/flatware, pottery and pans.
Furthermore dining table seats for 2.
Capacious fridge with freezer.
Private car port in front of the house.
Totally new bath with shower, WC & bidet and washing machine.
Furthermore Satellite Color TV with 1000 of all international programs.
The apartments walls are covered with a beautiful wood panelling in biological spruce which glamorize the apartment with a warm and atmoshperic touch, which provides well being & comfort.
Location
The apartment is in a 2 storey villa within the souterrain with it's own and independent entry.
To the centre of Cannigione it's only about 150 meters and to the sea promenade and the nice famous leisure port it's also only about 400 meters.
The house is situated in a green and quiet zone in Cannigione just next to the totally new Blue Morisco **** Hotel.
Our village:
We are in Cannigione - Nordeast Sardinia - at the famous Costa Smeralda and ca. 25 KM north of Olbia and only about 20-30 minutes car ride or 140 KM from low cost airport Alghero approx. 1,5 hours car ride.
Cannigione (ca. 800 inhabitants) is an ancient fishermen village with uncounted beaches and bays along the Gulf of Arzachena. The natural sea resort 'Maddalena Archipelago' with its many islands like Maddalena, Caprera, Spargi, Santa Maria, Budell a.o. is in front of the door and... and... and...
We have priceworthy and good restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias and of course agriturismos and as well nice bars, cafés, and icecream shops. Cannigione is a village where also in autumn and winter everything is opened and where we have an entire urban life.
Supermarkets, bakery, butcher or fresh fish shop are all only about 80 - 100 meters away.
In Cannigione you can do and exercise nearly any watersport, like sailing, fishing, windsurfing & motorboating. There are several boat & windsurf rental stations. Furthermore you can play tennis, go for horse-riding, mountain climbing or do mountain biking. We have also several motorbike & scooter rentals overhere and last but not least we have a nice and famous Go-Cart race track overhere.
The next child suited, fine & sandy beach is only about 700 meters away from the apartment.
A many other beautiful child suited beaches can be accessed in the shortest of time.
Conclusion:
Cannigione is worth travelling to and is an ideal base & starting point to explore the province of Gallura, the Costa Smeralda and also the Hinterland.
